With one of the owners being born in the Caribbean, our rum is made the traditional way using sugar and molasses. Then we age our rum in a bourbon barrel for one year. This sipping rum offers a sweet start, a very smoky middle, then notes of vanilla for the finish. Some have even compared our rum to the finish of an Irish whiskey. If you aren't a rum sipper, don't worry. This rum is perfect for Mojitos!
