A French-American hybrid, our Chambourcin is fermented dry and exhibits a beautiful deep purple color. This full bodied wine has the fragrance and flavors of concentrated dark berries and ends with a smooth finish. It will age well and can be cellared for up to 5 years. Suggested pairings include a NY strp steak, spicey paella, or triple chocolate cake.
