This smoked sausage is a combination of chicken and Middle Eastern spices. We marinate the chicken in a traditional Shawarma spice blend along with chai, sumac and cinnamon before smoking it. It's inspired by the classic sandwich wrap with the Farley's twist. Package includes 2 large sausages for a total weight of approx 1.5 lbs.
