Each year, Jennifer's Jambalaya is made up of several of Jennifer Breaux's favorite grapes (Jennifer is the daughter of owner Paul Breaux). The 2016 vintage is a blend of Viognier, Vidal Blanc, Muscat and Sauvignon Blanc, for a familiar, yet new wine experience. Jennifer's Jambalaya was born to pair with Cajun food, so try it with some Jambalaya or Gumbo, or whatever your favorite spicy treat is!
Aromas: Intense tropical and honeyed aromas with some light florals.
Taste: The same tropical fruit and honeyed flavors can be found on the palate. There is a touch of white pepper on the finish.
Color: Lemon yellow
