BBQ Nachos: A real traditional treat. These BBQ Nachos are the real deal, our BBQ is smoked slow and low over Hickory wood that offers the right amount of smoke to compliment all that cheddar cheese and nacho cheese we add on. It all starts when we prepare a bed of tortilla style Corn chips, sprinkle some shredded cheese and pour on the nacho cheese. Then we add the Hickory Smoked pulled Pork drizzled over with our Sweet & Smoky BBQ sauce. The best is saved for the last, all that goodness gets topped with the crowning glory, our Sweet sliced Jalapenos that we prepare just for us. O so good!
