Our Hand Pulled Hickory smoked pork Sandwich comes with 6 oz of hand pulled Pork, with Rt 11 Kettle chips, a kosher Pickle spear and Sweet Smoky BBQ sauce on the side Classic BBQ Sandwich: We take our best slices or pulled BBQ and add it to these icons of the south. Classic potato roll piled high with our BBQ, added to a kosher pickle spear & locally made Route 11 Kettle chips on the side. The BBQ Sauce is ALWAYS ON THE SIDE! No need in hiding our BBQ it stands by its self without the sauce. Our Pork starts off as a whole bone in Boston Butt that we we rub down with our special rub and smoke it over real hickory for 11 hours. Afterwards we let it rest and then hand pull it. Because of our unique process and experience the pork is always moist and in no need of sauce. We always put the sauce on the side.
