Recipe: Fieldstone Farm Herbed Scrambled Eggs

8-10 eggs

1-2 Tablespoons brie or goat cheese

3 basil leaves, finely chopped

Small bunch of chives, finely chopped

half and half

salt and petter

1 teaspoon olive oil

Whisk egg mixture. Put one teaspoon olive oil in frying pan set on medium heat. Scramble eggs. Remove eggs from heat sooner than you think as they keep cooking - so take them off when still "wet."
