Cubanelle & Poblano Smoked Sausages - Farley's Chesapeake Kitchen

This smoked sausage is a combination of pork and sweet chili peppers. We took the original Poblano and turned it up to 11. By adding Cubanelle peppers, sauteed shallots and a more refined spice blend, we discovered the perfect balance. Package includes 2 large sausages for a total weight of approx 1.5 lbs.
