Excellent frozen. I have played with this over the years, and come up with several variations. I have also dipped them in chocolate, and coated them in confectioners' sugar. But this how I think they should be. Just the Devils Food Kookie with our Sugar Free Vanilla Bean Buttercream. Just Perfect!
